“Lizzie was there to welcome us at the apartment. Her instructions beforehand were detailed and accurate. Lizzie was extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Al check-in la reception era chiusa, nonostante fossero le 13.30. Ho dovuto chiamare un numero di telefono, mi hanno dato la combinazione della cassaforte posta all'esterno e preso la mia chiave. Pulizia della camera di primo acchito nella norma, mentre le pulizie giornaliere non sono state fatte. Piscina inaccessibile, chiusa e quando ho dovuto chiedere la chiave (alle 18), la reception era chiusa. Ho chiesto la password del wifi a una signora delle pulizie. “We love staying at The Aquarius. The upper floor rooms have an amazing view of the sea and Magnetic Island. The rooms are comfortable, have kitchenette facilities snd the property is a short walk to all of the bars and restaurants in town. This is our go to place for accommodation in Townsville. Very happy to recommend. ”

“Clean and comfortable, gym was a little lacking in terms of weights, and there were little things like the chairs in the room had significant wear. A cover would fix this cheaply and quickly. Otherwise a seamless stay. ”
