Hotel a Magnetic Island

“Arredo terribile e tutto rovinato.Non c'è wifi.La reception chiude alle 5 e anche il ristorante e chiuso alla sera L'unica cosa positiva è che nel giardino alla sera ci sono molti animali sselvatici(wallaby,,uccelli,etc)”

“The room was very nice The hostess was there to meet us and showed me to the room and parking, Also where it would be nice to go for our evening dinner, ”

“Location great. Amenities were not up to scratch. Lifts broken (we were on the 3rd floor and had to drag 4 cases up 3 flights of stairs)”

“Offrono check-in on-line H24, ma la reception chiude alle 19:30. Io sono arrivato dopo l'orario e non potevo entrare né in hotel, ne tantomeno in camera. Questo mi ha portato grossi problemi. Inoltre la sera il parcheggio è pieno di auto e nn si trova parcheggio nelle vicinanze ”

“Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. ”

“Very clean. Needs a shelf to hold toiletries though in bathroom given no vanity. Very lovely to stay though. Well worth the money. ”

“Not the best place I've stayed at but not the worst. From the front of the property it looked terrible when we were there. Grass was all dead and very faded and tired looking. Pool area is really nice with plenty of seating. The room was mostly good apart from the room we were in had some kind of substance smeared on the wall below the vanity that didn't look great. Staff were nice but still not sure if I'd stay again. Definitely wasn't cheap considering it was a long way from being luxurious.”

“Al check-in la reception era chiusa, nonostante fossero le 13.30. Ho dovuto chiamare un numero di telefono, mi hanno dato la combinazione della cassaforte posta all'esterno e preso la mia chiave. Pulizia della camera di primo acchito nella norma, mentre le pulizie giornaliere non sono state fatte. Piscina inaccessibile, chiusa e quando ho dovuto chiedere la chiave (alle 18), la reception era chiusa. Ho chiesto la password del wifi a una signora delle pulizie. Formiche nella camera dappertutto,...
